Happy Jar

Last month I was reading some amazing blogs and I found an idea I wanted to try immediately! Post was about a happy jar - a place where you can put all your happy memories so you will never forget them.. Since I was a little girl I was always writing journals, letters, taking photos and doing everything so my memories would never be lost. And when I read about happy jar I knew I had to make one for myself! And here it is:

How does it work? Each day you wrote down something that made you happy, and at the end of the year you can read them and remind yourself of good times you had that year.. Isn't that great? Or you can open it when you're feeling down. Reading your favorite memories will definitely make you smile!
One of the first things that made me happy after I made my happy jar was a postcard from wonderful girl from this blog. Thank you, Raph!!

slatka ideja... možda na kraju i shvatimo da imamo puno više ljepših uspomena nego što smo svjesni!

I love this take on happy memories. I have a Happy Book where I write down everything that made me happy that day but I love the idea of a jar where you can randomly select a memory to give you a burst of nostalgic happiness. :)

That is a fantastic idea! I might have to start one myself because I can only imagine how exciting it would be to open it up at the end of the year.

P.S. Sorry I've had your postcard on my coffee table and I just need to put it into the postbox. It's even got a stamp already. It will be there soon.

This is a great idea. I keep a Happy Journal myself and I write down at least three things that make me happy every day. It's a really great way to record the moments that you *want* to remember. You'll have to show us again once the jar is full!
